5 Hang Power Cleans (Start at Mid-Thigh)

5 Power Cleans (Start at Bottom)

5 Hang Cleans (Start at Hip)

5 Hang Cleans (Start at Mid-Thigh)

5 Cleans (Start at Bottom)

Weightlifting

Clean and Jerk (12 Sets of 1 Rep at 85%)

17 minutes to complete. Spend first 5 minutes warming up then attempt a minimum of 1 rep per minute. Clean may be power or squat.
